Included the concert at St James's Hall St Peter Port of three pieces; Zadok the Priest, by Handel, Hear My Prayer by Mendelssohn and the St Cecilia Mass by Gounod. Extras were a culinary masterclass by Simon Mc Kenzie in which I was introduced to my favourite mail order bottle Crocodile's Lair Chardonnay 2015, by South African ethical vineyard Bouchard Finlayson and how to cook chicken in a water bath and also a 3 course silver service black tie dinner complete with string quartet.
